Rock On!

Rocks

I love rocks, and enjoy how they show up in interesting places and spaces just waiting for me to capture them with my lens. Here are some of the more interesting ones I have come across.

This one I came upon on a walk in my neighborhood as part of a retaining wall. I feel like there should be words on this.

The outside of this rock would never have led me to believe that the inside of it was absolutely beautiful! Never judge a rock by its exterior!

Layers of beauty.

Next time you are out on a walk, maybe see what interesting and beautiful rocks are around you just waiting to be admired. It only took them multiple of thousands of years to become what they are. We only get maybe a hundred to become who we are.
